A client is curious if they can pull up all records that contain specific keywords in the Notes.

We’re actually referring to the free text notes that you find under the “Notes” tab for Organisations, Contacts and Opportunities:

 

 

In the above case, there might be instances where an admin would like to search for all records containing “Dummy Trade Show” in the Notes section.

 

Does anyone know if this is possible?
