Customize Individual Pages within a Performance Document

Trying to Customize individual pages in a performance document-not sure it is possible?Content
We are currently still utilizing the classic UI and are on 19C. Please reference the attached document for what we are trying to accomplish.The profile content items are hyperlinks that lead to the specific competency page. We are trying to add an image of each competency within that specific page, but are finding they are all shared components. Is there a way to individualize the components within the performance document so when we make a change to each page, it doesn't impact the next?
