Talent Review Periods are not showing in the Performance Document Page

We have a custom role to admin performance activities. It's created based on the Human Resource Specialist role. Issue is when navigating to the My workforce> Performance> Performance documents,
This user role can not view review periods and departments. All other employee, manager details and performance documents are visible in the drop downs.

Already raised an SR but  they are not supporting since this is a custom role. Appreciate you ideas.
