I have already submitted this idea in the idea section about this but I would be interested in opening this topic here to see what user community has to say and share about this.The more support the better!

It would be good to track candidate's outlook responses in Taleo so we have all communication stored in one place. The outlook plug in is not very user friendly and takes too many clicks.
We would like an email address for Taleo to forward to Taleo communications from a candidate. Taleo should recognise from the candidate email address the correct candidate record to update in the contact log.
