New Performance UI - Goal Success Criteria View

Summary

Would prefer Success Criteria of a goal to be visible in the Evaluate section

Content

Currently a manager/employee can view Success Criteria within the performance document by clicking into the Goal; however, they are unable to rate or comment in that section, so they have to go back to Evaluate in order to enter the rating or comments.  We would prefer Success Criteria be viewable from the Evaluate section.  I tried Page Customization but it appears the only other field hidden on that page is "Weight".
