Best Practices of cascading & tracking organization goal

Content

Hello Team,

Could you let us know the best Practices of cascading organization goal.
I believe below could approach could be taken
1. Publishing Org goal so that it reaches direct / indirect reportees and employees would create individual goal and align to the published goal
2. using both assigning & publisihing org goal (e.g. CEO to direct reportee (department head)  & then direct reportees publishing the org goal)

We want to understand which works best?

Also, Once any of the above approach taken, how Organization owners would track the status of Organization goal. Do we have any seeded reports available? If not, what all field details would be required for tracking?

Howdy, Stranger!
