Ability to mass update Manager Evaluation due date

We want to launch year-end performance documents with 1/7/2020 due date set for the Manager Evaluation of Workers task since this is the date when ratings are due.  Then we want to change the due date for the step to a later date when manager evaluation comments are due.  Is this even possible?  Can we change due dates for all 7000+ performance documents at once?
