Add a link to only the Competencies section of performance doc

Need to add a link to only the Competencies section of performance doc

Content

We need to add a link to a document in the competencies section of the performance document and we only want it to show in the competencies section.  When we use add content to add the hyperlink the link shows in both the Goals and Competencies section.  Is there expression language that we can use to prevent the link from showing in the Goals section?
