Hi,

We have 3 sections in performance review, Goals, Behaviors, Development Goals and 9 block(Overall Rating). When manager enters all the ratings and comments including development goals and not submitted.
But, Employee is able to view development goals from (Me > Career and Performance > Performance) which we don't want to show as goals, Behaviors are not displaying as expected.

Is there anyway not to show development until manager completes the last task "Confirm Review Meeting"
