Have use case where customer wants HR to be able to Share goals with an agencyContent
Hi experts!
We are on 19c with Responsive Pages enabled.
We have an agency that wants its HR staff to be able to share goals (where the goals show up in Goals Shared with Me) to all employees in their agency.
They do not want to mass assign the goals.
An organization Goal would work but they need it to be shared to every one in the agency not just their direct and indirect reports.
The only way I could think to do it was to have them create an organization goal an transfer it to the head of the agency.
