New UI - Sequence appearance is unconsistent - unlike it was before

Sections are united into "Evaluation Topics" and makes the form's view inconsistent

Hello Everyone,

We have flow with 3 main sections: Rate goals (Performance Goals), Points for Meeting (Overall Summary) and Stakeholder Feedback (Questionnaire) -See attached.

In the previous screens, the sections were separated and appeared in the following sequence number.

When we activate the new screens, the sections of Rate goals and Stakeholder feedback came together under a new topic - "Evaluation Topics", so it makes the form's view inconsistent.

Any ideas about how to solve that? Thanks
