Performance document in new UI: Ability to relabel an item in a drop down

edited Oct 28, 2019 3:20PM in Performance Management 3 comments

Summary

Previously I was able to relabel the "Return to Employee" button. Am I able to do this in the new Performance UI.

Content

Our managers tend to get confused by the "Return to Employee" button and think this means they are sharing it instead of returning it to the Self-Evaluation step.  In the last performance cycle, I was able to relabel to button to read "Return for Correction" and this helped alleviate the issue.  Am I able to relabel items in this drop down.  I didn't see a way to do this through Page Customization.

Thanks,

Kelly
