Activity Event Filter Expression

Filter subscription activity events by userTypeContent
Our client wants to monitor activity events for specific userTypes (like callcenter and servicecenter)
Can we use the userType as a filter for activity type events?
The below subscription was created successfully, but am unable to pull results. If I remove the filter expression, I pull results for all users.
