Summary

Filter subscription activity events by userType

Content

Our client wants to monitor activity events for specific userTypes (like callcenter and servicecenter)

Can we use the userType as a filter for activity type events?

The below subscription was created successfully, but am unable to pull results.  If I remove the filter expression, I pull results for all users.

{"subscriptionConfig": [{"events" : ["activityCreated","activityUpdated","activityCanceled","activityDeleted","activityMoved"],
                        "filterExpression" : "(user.userType IN ['callcenter'])"}]}

Howdy, Stranger!
