Need to Create a report for Specific Survey

Hi I need to create a report displaying all the questions / answers for a specific survey but I'm not sure on how to access this data from the Reports Explorer. As far as I can see, the Survey related tables don't include any question related fields, etc...
Is this the correct approach to acomplish that goal?
