New 19D functionality not working

Hi,

We've recently updated to 19D and I was really looking forward to using the new 'DISPLAY CHECK-IN FEEDBACK IN PERFORMANCE DOCUMENTS' functionality. This is a feature one of our customers is currently waiting for.

From the documentation (https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/r13/wn/talent/releases/19D/19D-talent-mgmt-wn.htm#F9857) I would say it is a matter of enabling the 'Show feedback' link in the Overall Summary section. However in the 'Overall Summary' section I can't find any Show Feedback button/checkbox. I've checked Manage Performance Template section and the Manage Performance Template. I've tried to correct the existing one and to create a new section and a new template, I can't find the 'Show Feedback' option.
