Performance Management and Delegation

Summary

Need the ability to have a manager delegate when the Appraisal is at the First Approval step

Currently, we have First Approval setup in our Performance Management template.  Some of our managers would like to delegate this step to someone else.  Is there a way to delegate in Performance Management?
