Performance document approval workflow

Hi Team,

We have below requirement .

1. Performance document is with current Line manager

2. PD has been transferred to previous/different manager.

3. Now as per the manager hierarchy approval flow, first level approval is triggering to Performance document owner's Line manager.

4. Our requirement is to trigger the approval request to current line manager if the document got transferred.

Is there any functionality to setup the same?
