Hi,

I need to create a report that shows tickets that were 'touched by' 2 different teams at some point (eg. tickets that were at bothTier 1 and Tier 2 as well).

I am trying to use the transactions table and accounts.group_id field but i can only use this field as an OR condition.

Is there a better way of doing this? See below a screenshot of what i have so far.
