With the recent decision by Oracle not to support IE browser will support be offered if we emulate Edge browser in IE?

We are currently moving from IE to Edge but currently only 20% of users have access to Edge. Edge will not be fully rolled out to all users until the end of 2020.

However, we can emulate Edge in IE - will support be offered in this instance?

I have attached a copy of the announcement email.
