Participant must not view other Participant and Line Manager feedback for an Employee in Participant
Content
Hi Team,
We have a requirement like this:
Employee - In his assignment page, we have 3 people in Manager type. One is Line Manager and other two are Section Supervisor and Section Head.
In Performance document we have Goals, Competencies and Overall Summary. We have the Manage Participant task in Process flow and have all the sections with the Default Participant role selected.
When Performance document is created, feedback requests is sent to Section Supervisor and Section Head. Line Manager will do standard manager evaluation of workers.
Key point: Section Supervisor feedback can be seen by the upper level (Section Head and Line Manager). But Section Supervisor must not see Section Head and Line Manager feedback provided to the Employee.
