How to Run a Report that Only Shows the Reports that I have Permissions for?

I want to create a report that only includes a list of reports that my profile has permissions to run.

I understand what is available in the Report Management feature, but this gives access to all of the reports.

We have some reports for managers and/or between teams that for a variety of reasons not everyone has access to.

I would like to create a report that includes the AcId, Report Name, Report Description, Report Location, and Report Type for only those reports that my staff account profile has permissions to view/run.

I was trying to make my own report, but I could not find the report description. Why would Oracle not make this field available for reports?
