How to hide only Performance Evaluation comments, but leave Overall Comments visible

For the Manager doing Performance Review of their team, I'm trying to hid the comment boxes for each goal in the Performance Evaluation, but leave the comment box in the Overall Summary section.  When I Edit Pages and uncheck the "Visible" box in the Performance Evaluation, it disappears in the Overall Summary section.  I had the same issue on the Employee side and opened an SR and got the code below that hid just the Performance Review comments, but when I put that in the Manager Performance Review coding, it hides everything just like unchecking "Visible" does.  Anyone have any
