Dear Experts,
Once the ratings are completed from the line manager and employee perspective(s) how does this then feed into a calibration process on Oracle? The previous system we had would at this stage allow the line manager along HR representatives to sit in a room and update employee overall ratings interactively in real time dashboards and enabling adding of comments/reasons where ratings are changed etc .
The closest I have come is creating a compensation plan that integrates with performance management ratings. However, the line manager cannot edit ratings in this view as the rating column is greyed out.
