Trying to add a Search field to a List View

Hi Team,

We would like to add a search field for the "All Packets" list view under Onboard/Offboard menu. We are not able to find the 'List view Search' page layout under "Packet Page Layouts". 

Is there any other way to add a search field on the "All Packets" list view. We are trying to search the Packets by using Packet titles.
