Make fields mandatory for Education, Work Experience, etc.

Hi,

 

We wanted to know if fields inside the blocks of Education, Work Experience, etc. can be made mandatory or not? Right now I don't see any option on the Talent Profile setup side to do this. If not, then any suggested workaround would also be really helpful.
