Performance document not visible in dropdown when creating performance document

How come that I cannot select a certain performance document?

I ran the eligibility process for a performance document without creating the document. Now I would like to create the document for only one person. I go via My Client Groups > Performance > Performance Documents > Create Performance Documents. I select the right Review Period but when I then want to select the Performance Document (it's called 'annual test overdue email' with period dates 1/9/2019 - 21/11/2019), I dont see this in the dropdown. Please see attachment. What am I missing in order to get this document in the dropdown over here?
