None of the resource API's return "email" field in the response

19c Resource management API's does not return resource email address

Hi All, We observed that none of the 19c version Resource Management Rest API's return the resource email field in the response. We have custom Tech2Tech transfer functionality where we get the recipient email address in OFSC using Rest APi and pass it on to external system within the plugin. Now it is broken and also there are many other functionalities driven by email address and all are broken. 

May I know why this change has been made to the API's and now how to get resource email. Added email field to Resource Management section with read/write permission in Configuration=>Application but no luck.
