Issue in publishing Year End Performance Document

Year End Performance DOcument needs to be published only to missed out employees

Hi,

We have published year end performance document as of 1st November 2019 this week and later we understood customer has made multiple global transfers after 1st November 2019.

Because of global transfers, year end performance document has been published to old inactive assignment and not getting displayed in UI since the old assignment is not having Manager details (Referred from determine worker eligibility for performance document).

Please let know if some of you had come across such a scenario and the method undergone to publish it to active assignment for global transfer employees.
