Evaluate Performance Overview and Performance Overview for Line Manger

As per the 19 B what's new documents in new responsive UI there are two options for line managers to review employee performance. Performance Overview and the Evaluate Performance Overview. 

I have enabled following profile options and required Career and Performance Quick links but still those options are not available.

HCM_RESPONSIVE_PAGES_ENABLED

HRA_PERFORMANCE_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED

HRG_GOALS_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED

HRA_EVALUATE_PERFORMANCE_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED

Please note that we are using a custom line manger role. Is there any rest services or additional privileges to be added to the role? I could not able to find them from following doc
