Current 2019 Performance document not visible in RUI

Hi!  We are in the midst of setting up RUI and have an issue with our current 2019 Performance Evaluations not being visible.  If I switch the year to 2018, I can see last year's completed document.  See screenshots.

Anyone have an idea of what might be causing this issue.
