I am currently working on a project where the client is implementing Cloud Expenses and using importing the data from Cloud to EBS for reimbursement in EBS AP. There is very little information that I could find, other than documents that discuss the xml structure from Cloud for Third Party payments and the EBS Payables reference documents. 

I'm looking to understand how to populate the AP Interface tables from Cloud Expenses in a both pay Scenario.

1. We will have to create employee expense report invoices in EBS AP but only reimburse the employee for cash expenses.
