The "Posted On" date can deter candidates if a job requisition has been posted for a very long time. A recruiter should not have to unpost and then repost a requisition just to update the date for an external candidates POV. The time a requisition is unposted is not accounted for in the seeded reports and therefore may count against a recruiter. If this field is hidden, it would enhance reporting purposes and the visual aspects to an external candidate.
