Performance Review Period Displaying By Default

Summary

Performance Review Period Displaying By Default

Content

Today we kicked off our 2019 Performance Goal Plan review. When users navigate to Me/Performance and click on Performance box it defaults to the 2020 Review period. In the past, it's always stayed in the current year 2019. This is confusing users because 2020 is blank and they have to click the 2019 drop down every time to see the 2019 performance reveiw.

This also happens to managers going to My Team/performance.

If you are wondering why we have the 2020 performance review period active and created it is because we do 2020 goal setting at the same time.

Howdy, Stranger!
