We've only recently converted to Oracle Service Cloud (4 months). We had an existing system and we are required to import the existing data so incidents can be completed and our users can look up the history of incidents. We successfully converted about 500,000 records into OSvC, however, our reports are all dependent on date and the date assigned to all converted records is the date they were loaded into OSvC. We have the original date in a custom field, but when I look at the analysis of my reports it clearly shows it is scanning all records with every run.
