Dear Experts , 

i am very new to Goal management.

We are only planning to use Goal management Module to review Goals Assigned to Employees Monthly.

Is it a good idea to create 12 Review Period every Year and assign Goals for every period (Jan,Feb,marc,Apr) and then review ?
