ORC: How are internals handled in offer when leaving the company?

Summary

ORC: How are internals handled in offer when leaving the company?

Content

What is the expected system behaviour when an internal employee applies for an internally posted role, but by the time they are made an offer, they've already left the company but will be re-hired.

Would they be automatically moved to the job offers tile (internal hire) or would they have to be moved to HR (external hire)?

Howdy, Stranger!
