Report on Incidents Created from Survey Workflow
Does anyone have a suggestion on how best to report on Incidents created from Survey Workflow? I have a report of Survey responses & I would like to include a reference to the Incident created from the Survey.
- I can report on the originating Incident via question_sessions.i_id.
- I can do an outer join matching survey contact to incident based on product id’s & matching dates, but this isn’t too robust if contacts have submitted multiple surveys.
- I’ve tried linking Flows to Incidents but this returns many Incidents with the same flow_id.
