Performance & Development Goals are not being pulled into the Performance Document

Content

For one particular employee their Performance & Development Goals are not being pulled into the Performance Document even though these are approved & completed and they have run the 'Update Goals and Competencies' job.

Any idea why this might be ?

Goal plan dates and Performance document dates overlap
