What analytics data can I generate from the exported CSV


Hi everyone,
I have the CSV exported from the insight. Can anyone suggest what all data can I extract out of it that can be used to report?
Also, how can I know if a conversation is complete or not from the CSV?
How can I know if it ended an error?
Is there any way to embed the Insights that are displayed in the ODA console as widgets in any web page?
