How to route activities at same customer address to one tech


Hi All,

There is a requirement to route the activities at the same customer location to one technician , to avoid unnecessary travelling of other techs and also to increase the activities load. The assumption was thats how the routings works, but it sounds like there are consistent issues with that where the activities at same locations are getting routed to multiple techs though the resource is not fully loaded.

We are thinking of to use Bundling feature to bundle the activities based on address1 key. Wanted to check and confirm is this the recommended way to do so, because we tried this by creating activities for same location and 2 resources having same address and the results were in consistent, we had to play with resource overtime setup to make it work but not sure if thats correct.
