NUX - Target Outcome section is not appearing in Developement Goal section

Hi,
We have enabled and testing NUX for Talent.
Target Outcome section is appearing in the Performance Goal by default but not in the Developement Goals page. I have seen Oracle documentation, where Target Outcome section is appearing in the Developement Goal page. I have tried HCM design studio and there is no option related to Target Outcome.
Can you please let me know if we are missing anything in the configuration to make the Target outcome section appear for Developemnt Goals.
