You can create and update suppliers using the Suppliers REST API. To create or update their bank accounts you will need to use External Bank Accounts REST APIs. Creating bank accounts for suppliers using REST is a two-step process. First, create the bank accounts using External Bank Accounts REST API and assign the bank accounts to suppliers, their addresses or sites using Instrument Assignments REST API.
