Hello,
I was trying to revoke all the published performance documents from all employees as we want to make some changes to the existing review.
To accomplish this I've canceled and deleted the performance documents for all employees. I could successfully delete the documents and the search returned no documents. However, when I went in to the performance template page, the template In Use field says "YES".
To confirm all the documents have been deleted, I've checked the HRA_EVALUATIONS table and see that 7 records still exist in the table though I can't see these documents in UI. I've checked with the users and they confirmed they could not see the document in their evaluation page either.
