Benefit Rate Showing Previous Year's Rate
Summary
Benefit Rate Showing Previous Year's RateContent
Example - we have a new hire that starts 12/10/2019. The New Hire life event date is effective dated 12/10/2019. This means his benefits coverage and rates begin 2/1/2020. We entered new benefit rates for the company as of 1/1/2020 for the new year. When we process the New Hire life event, it has the right coverage begin date (2/1/20), however it uses the 2019 (old) rates. It appears to be pulling the benefit rates as of the life event date (12/10/19) instead of the coverage begin date (2/1/2020). How do we configure that it'll pull the 2020 rates?
