Hi

 

We are setting up a process that only Employee should be able to Add or Edit Goals, the Manager should not be editing goals on behalf of the employee. Manager can only view the goals. Can someone please suggest if they have implemented this using configuration, security or personalization ? I tried doing personalization, but the 'Edit' button is grayed out for any personalizations.

 

We are on 19D and using NUX screens.
