Offer Preview doesn't resolve any token of the Offer

Hi,

When we are trying to preview an offer letter, none of the tokens are getting replaced with the actual values. This was intially working and has suddenly stopped working on Production.

Has anyone else faced this issue?

We already tried running these processes but didn't help either.
- Generate Recruiting Job Offer Letters
- Restore Recruiting Job Offer Letter Layouts
