Hi,
I'm looking to update the feedback template (which currently is a questionnaire with four questions) to now include a section to assess competencies and provide ratings, identify 3 areas of strengths and development areas (open ended text box).
Is this even possible especially the competency ratings section? Any suggestions or ideas on this will be very much appreciated.
