Writing Assistant:- Writing Assistant icon and Copy worker comment Icon is not visible for Competenc

Summary

We have enabled writing assistant for the template but Copy worker comment Icon is not visible for Competencies in 19d

I have the following 2 questions elated to writing assistant in 19D:-

1) The writing assistant icon is not visible in the UI even though when enabled. Kindly refer to the detailed attached screenshot

2)Copy Worker goal icon is not visible when evaluating competencies of the worker in their performance document.I guess it is not related to Writing Assistant?,is it?please elaborate if possible
