Offer Close Date - concatenate OfferAccepted and OfferRefused

Content

I'm trying to one result of Offer Close Date by concatenating OfferAccepted and OfferRefused. My projection isn't valid, so what I'm I missing? I can concatenate them via the GUI, but I can't format the date correctly.

<quer:projection id="idOfferCloseDate" alias="OfferCloseDate" xmlns:quer="http://www.taleo.com/ws/integration/query">
<quer:concatenate>
<quer:query projectedClass="Candidate" alias="DateRefusedDate">
<quer:projections>
<quer:projection alias="DateRefusedDate" projectedValueType="string">
<quer:customFunction name="TO_CHAR">
<quer:maximum>
<quer:field path="Applications,CurrentOffer,RefusedDate"/>
</quer:maximum>
<quer:string>yyyy-MM-dd</quer:string>
</quer:customFunction>
