Hope somebody has a clever idea on this. I have browsed through old posts but couldnt find my solution.
I need to create a chart that shows logged and closed tickets as a 12 month trend for a particular customer. I have done this through the transaction table and works great but only works for small customers - the ones with many tickets don't run...
Is there a way to use the incident table in some clever way to avoid performance issues?
